Hi All

Ok so I know its AGES since I last posted but in my defence I have had an awful lot of 'stuff' going on.  I became self employed last July as a freelance administrator and since February this year my work has really taken off, all thanks to a national networking group that I joined - 4Networking, or 4N for short.  Its absolutely fantastic, except that I have been so busy, I haven't had chance to post lol.  I've also reluctantly had to put the Stampin' Up Demonstrator work on hold for the time being because I can't manage both jobs at the moment.  I'm not ruling it out completely though, I'm really hoping I will be able to start it again at some point in the future.  Anyway, for now, I am just crafting for pleasure.

Here is a card I made this evening.  This is for my son who's birthday it is this week (he wont read this so I'm safe posting it before his birthday!)  He loves walking and is actually going to Everest base camp later this year - rather him than me!  I managed to find a brilliant digi stamp from DigiStamp Boutique (digistampboutique.co.uk) of a walker, its called 'Jim - hiking day' and was just what I needed.

This is a close up of the stamp - it work so well!

Here are a couple of other cards I have made over the last couple of months, in between working.  As you can see there are very few because I've had my nose to the grindstone like a good girl most of the time....

These three cards have all been made using lovely Stampin' Up! products.  It really is gorgeous stuff.
Incidentally, the ribbon on the matching card and box below was originally white.  I coloured it using a the Classic Stampin' Pad so that it was a perfect match for the paper.  See, you only really need to buy white/cream ribbon and colour it yourself.  I've also coloured white card with the ink too when I ran out of the co-ordinating cardstock.  It worked a treat and matched in perfectly.  A money saving idea, which is what we all need in these difficult times.

One last picture that I can't resist posting.  We were puppy sitting at the weekend and took the little cutie for a walk.  She then slept for 5 hours!  Poor thing, she must have been exhausted.

Everyone say 'Ahhhhh'
